Microsoft Outlook is immediately crashing upon opening when users start the program, with 0xc0000005 errors in Event Viewer.

The App event log, shows OUTLOOK.EXE crashed with code 0xc0000005.
An outlook rollback to 16.0.12827.20470 seems to fix this issue.
You can resolve the issue by rolling back to a previous version of Microsoft Outlook. Here are the steps:
cd "\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\ClickToRun"and press enter.
officec2rclient.exe /update user updatetoversion=16.0.12827.20470and press enter.
Users may need admin rights to perform this fix. Please reach out to your IT department (or company).
