Residential Support

We no longer provide residential drop-off computer repair. Residential clients with "AllPro Total Care" can request remote and onsite support.

We did not reach this decision lightly. The cost of computers has steadily declined while the cost of staff, rent, and utilities have steadily increased. Many clients simply choose to purchase a new computer instead of having theirs fixed.

I told our team years ago that we are in the business of repairing computers, not charging for diagnostics. If we ever "sold" more diagnostics than repairs, that means it is time to do something else.

We reached that point at the end of 2019. The 2020 pandemic forced a switch in our focus from drop-off repairs to strictly onsite service.
