You only pay for the actual repair service. Our residential OnSite service rate is one the lowest in the area at only $89/hr.

How it works

Contact us to schedule your OnSite service. We’ll ask your name, address, number, email, etc. We’ll tell you the available time slots for today and tomorrow. We create a service ticket for you and assign a technician to your issue. You’ll receive an email with your ticket number for future reference.

The technician will call 30-60 minutes before they arrive. Once there, we’ll take a look at your machine and evaluate your options.

If your issue can be repaired in less than 90 minutes, we’ll fix it right there. If the repair is more involved, we’ll fill out some paperwork, document your serial numbers, and bring your unit back to our office for repair.

Once at our office, our technicians will inform you about what needs to be fixed, how long it will take, and how much it will be. Once you approve the repair, we’ll order/install the parts and get busy with the repair.

Once your machine is repaired, we’ll contact you to set a delivery time. We’ll bring your machine back to where we picked it up, turn it on, and make sure it is fixed to your satisfaction. Once you have tested your machine and give the “thumbs up”, we’ll collect payment, shake your hand, and be on our way.

Residential on-site FAQ’s

  1. What time slots are available? | We have time slots from 10-4pm Monday – Friday. They typically fill up a day or 2 in advance. We do offer standby appointments in case there are cancellations.
  2. How long will the repair take? | That really depends on the problem. We can make a pretty good determination of what it will take after we see the issue. If it cant be fixed in 90 minutes, we pause the clock and finish the repair at our facility.
  3. Most of your competitors charge some sort of travel / trip / fuel charge. Why don’t you? | We used to. If you live outside of I-275 we add $10. We have learned that if you make it cheaper, more people will call. We make it up in volume.
  4. How do I know you will bring my computer back? | We have been in business for more than 13 years. We have an actual retail store you can stop into. We have thousands of customers who continue to use us year after year. We are locally owned and operated. We are a member of Angies List, BBB, BNI, Cincinnati Chamber, Anderson Chamber, etc.
