Automatic Pre-tested Security & Patch Management
Occasionally, a Microsoft update breaks things. We test noncritical and non security updates to ensure there are no problems before we push the updates out to your systems. This protects your systems from updates that could crash a computer or server.
Preventative Maintenance for Servers and Workstations
There are maintenance items that should be performed on servers and workstations periodically to keep them running properly. We do theses automatically, so you don't have to remember. Background maintenance is good.
24/7/365 Server and Workstation Remote Monitoring
Our system management portal alerts us when there is an issue in your environment. Low memory, stopped system service, hard drive failure, fan failure, etc. This allows us to respond and resolve, often before your staff even notices. Less downtime is good.

This upgrades the standard 9-5 support to 24 hours a day. Your team can get help, all day, everyday (even holidays). If you need your team to have access to support 24/7, this is the feature for you.
Nightly cloud workstation backups
We backup your workstations to the cloud every night. This automatically protects your team from data lost.
24/7/365 Automatic Network Mapping
Network monitoring automatically draws a new map of all computers, servers, and switches. Instead of spending $650 per year on a new map, we always have an updated network map. This make it faster to track down problems. Less downtime is good.
24/7/365 Network Connectivity Monitoring
Network monitoring alerts us to changes in your environment. If a cable becomes disconnected, or a switch is overloaded, we are alerted and can respond quickly. Less downtime is good.
Server Virtual Disaster Recovery
Every night your server(s) upload a full copy of itself to our secure data center. Every night we test boot your copy to ensure it is functional. if you have a critical server problem, we can leave that copy on and your team can access it. This protects your server and data if your bu ild ing burns down or gets damaged by a tornado.
24/7/365 Dark Web Compromised Password Monitoring
We'll immediately alert you if we find a password for your staff on the Dark Web. You can have them change the password before t heir account is compromised. The reduces and eliminates password breeches.
Gen3 Al Security, Anti virus, SIEM & NOC Monitoring and Remediation
Regular antivirus inspects files against 100 data points to determine if a file is safe. Gen3 smart Al inspects a file for a 1M data points. We block execution of any file, script, or program we don't trust. We upload all the virus logs to our servers to compare with other systems. Our 2 4/7 team of security professionals monitors the Al for issues, and if found, isolates a system from the network. This keep viruses out of your com pan y. Safety is key!

Every week we send a “fake” phishing email to your team to trick them into clicking on bogus links. When they click, we train them how to properly identify phishing emails. Nightly local workstation backups
Not as critical as server backups, until we find out Mr. Smith stored all those important documents on his workstation instead of the server. Sometimes we don’t find out until his system crashes. With workstation backup, those documents are protected.
