Thank you for sending out your Mac specialist. He was very helpful and the first person who was able to explain to me what the problem was and some step to go about fixing it. I should have these Ipads figured out by the end of the day. Once again thank you and I look forward to working with you in the future. I have talked to the owner and next time we have any computer problem we will look to call you first.
